The Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Gaelic, Kate Forbes MSP has today confirmed the re-appointment of Tracey Ashworth-Davies, Jason McGibbon, Nicholas Moon and Candida Morley as independent Non-Executive Directors of the Bank’s Board.
Candida Morley will continue as the Board’s Senior Independent Director. The re-appointments are for four years and run from 23 November 2024 to 22 November 2028. The appointments are regulated by the Ethical Standards Commissioner. The Bank’s Remuneration and Nominations Committee and Board recommended the re-appointments.
The Board is comprised of twelve directors, including ten independent Non-Executive Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. Directors’ biographies can be found here.
